Let’s plan Your fundraiser… today!

I would be happy to do an Art Night fundraiser with you. I try to offer several options. Paint-nights, Collage Class are among those, but I am also open to hearing other ideas from you.

Depending on the type of class and size of group, I generally offer a % of the paid class fees as a donation to your fundraiser. The percentage depends on the number of people who sign up so, give me a call and let’s talk about what you have in mind. …Ruth

Typically it goes like this:

  • gather people who want to help raise funds for your event. I found it can be more successful if you have a sign-up sheet and have them sign up and pay you in advance. Then if they can’t show up, let them understand you appreciate their ‘donation’. Otherwise, I can list the event here and give them a Sign Up button and they can pay with Cred/Debit/PayPal/Check.

  • Contact me with a number of how many to expect and we’ll work out the activity for the day/evening.

  • If they pay You, I will need a deposit 2 weeks from the date of the event equal to half the number you expect to come and

    we will adjust the amount on the night of the event for your balance.

  • I donate to the charity of your choice online and make sure it goes in your honor with a tribute card sent to you or the person of your choice.
