Hi I’m Ruth.

I live with my husband, Rick, and our Australian Shepherd, Lisa, Rick is a photographer and I am a Mixed Media, Intuitive, artist.

My art has been described as abstract, whimsical, intuitive, colorful and bold. Meanwhile I find joy in creating with many different mediums, and teaching the same to others. I like adding a bit of texture to my pieces, since life is not 'smooth sailing', there are always bumps in the road.

When asked what inspires me, I find my self answering “Color”. I feel God gave us colors to use, and living in a white world, not using them, seems not only boring but unappreciative to The One who created color. When I use several colors, I feel happy. I think it makes God happy too.
